About BoKaap House
BoKaap House is a curated coliving sanctuary for modern nomads, situated in the heart of Bo-Kaap, Cape Town’s most iconic and colourful neighbourhood. We provide a home base for digital nomads, remote professionals, medical interns, and creative travellers who want to experience Cape Town not as tourists passing through, but as temporary locals embedded in a living, breathing community.
Our property offers eleven private en-suite rooms ranging from compact 13m² petit rooms to the signature balcony room with park views, all supported by shared kitchens, sun decks with Table Mountain vistas, fast WiFi, weekly housekeeping, and a continental breakfast on weekdays. We believe that great coliving is about more than a bed and a desk — it is about the people you share a meal with, the neighbourhood you explore, and the connections that outlast your stay. Our monthly family dinners, community events, and carefully curated local guides help residents feel at home from day one.
BoKaap House is built and operated by a small, dedicated team who live and breathe Cape Town.
